Yoga means union, our focus in our classes is to bring the mind and body together whilst building on core strength, balance whilst improving fitness.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way with particular emphasis on core strength. Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility.
Meditation is a way to let go of everyday pressures, it can help reduce stress and anxiety.
Reiki treatments help the body emotionally and spiritually. It does this through sharing the universal healing energy to clear chakras and bring harmony back into the body.
