Yoga & Pilates

Yoga means union. The focus in our classes is to bring the mind, body and soul together, whilst improving fitness levels by building on core strength and balance.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way with particular emphasis on core strength. Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility.

Yoga & Pilates Timetable

Monday: Yoga - Tyla Garw Community Centre (10:00am and 7:30pm)

Wednesday: Yoga - Ynysmaerdy Community Centre (12:15pm)

Thursday: Yoga - Talbot Green Community Centre (7:30pm - 8:30pm)

Friday: Fitness Double Pilates & Yoga - Ynysmaerdy (9:15am - 11:00am)

Friday: Yoga - Ynysmaerdy Community Centre (10:00am - 11:00am)
